Welcome to the Master Your Mindset Podcast. Ok, maybe most of us don't want change.  We want the results, we just don't want to change by stepping outside of our comfort zone.  I get it, I'm human too!

If there's only ONE piece of advice you ever take from me and this podcast, please listen to your body.  If you're feeling sore, keep exercising, starting at 50%.

If you're injured, go see a doctor. It won't just "Get better on it's own."  It never does, and will cost you more in the long run.
